General Terms of Use

Total NDT, LLC., is a non-destructive testing facility. All content you find on Total-NDT.com is owned by the firm - This includes logos, graphics (site design), and images.  

When entering into a working agreement with Total you are bound by the terms and conditions below.  

• All work created / services performed by Total - including any code, scripts, software, hardware, services, feeds, etc., unless mutually agreed, will be the copyright of Total and should not be commercially reproduced or resold without the knowledge and express permission of Total.
• Total cannot be held liable for copyright violations caused by materials and content submitted by the client.
• Total will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation, or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.
• Total will not be liable for the non-execution of projects for reasons not in control of Total.

Any trademarks, copyrights, or logos you see on the site are the property of Total.

Limitation of Liability  

Only you will be liable for any illegal activity while you are utilizing the resources of Total.

Total content and other Total graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks.
